Former organisers of Sumarhúsið og Garðurinn join Sumar Expo
One of the first booths at Sumar EXPO will be Auður Ottesen and her latest venture, Auður allt árið. Auður ran the Sumarhúsið og Garðurinn expos from 2002 to 2008.
It is our great pleasure and honour to announce that one of the first booths at Sumar EXPO will be Auður Ottesen and her latest venture, Auður allt árið. Auður Ottesen and her husband Páll Jökull Pétursson ran the Sumarhúsið og Garðurinn (“The Summer House and the Garden”) expos held from 2002 to 2008. Sumar EXPO builds on the foundation of those shows that Auður so admirably organised, and so it is a delight to announce their arrival at Sumar EXPO. Auður has taught popular gardening courses since 2009 and is known for sharing original and practical growing ideas across Icelandic media. Today she continues that work on her Facebook page and on Instagram under Auður allt árið, and on her website audur.garden, which is in both Icelandic and English. Auður also publishes new material and teaches courses that help people grow their own vegetables and beautify their surroundings.
